Our lovely Parent and Child groups are for bumps, babies and beyond. They are held in a Kindergarten at Waldorf Cambridge on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30 - 11.30 am.
We encourage a gentle, collaborative, respectful approach to parenting and care-giving. We recognise how important yet how challenging at times it can be as parents and caregivers of young children. We aim to support each other through the sharing of each other's stories, making friends and sharing insightful information, in an environment where you can simply slow down and just observe your child and have fun.
The activities for the children we offer are to support attachments and to develop self-initiated movement, independence, imagination, and curiosity. We encourage our families to engage the senses in life’s seasonal treasures.
Sessions are held by a qualified Waldorf practitioner, in a calm environment, where play is focused on the development stage of the unique individual child.
Come and make friends, dabble in a craft, join in singing, and storytelling with your child.
